  I was researching automatic residential door locks and had great difficulty finding a locksmith to speak with until I called Dundas Lock & Key....Not only was someone in the store available to have a conversation with, but also they promised I would receive a call back with the additional information I was requesting. Believe it, Dundas Lock & Key really did call back with the additional information as well as added 'valuable' suggestions to my request. Thank you...as the kids say to-day 'you rock'. I highly recommend them as your go to resource and store.

  Far better to deal locally than with a big box! Went in prepared to buy two new double cylinder deadbolt lock-sets and the owner(?) suggested that if I could bring the old ones in, they could probably fix them for much less than new. Did so, and one hour later got them back as good as new. Great service!!!

  Fantastic service
Scott was professional, and very quick with re-pinning my front door lock. New keys were heavy duty and great quality. Overall very impressed. My only recommendation would be the option to have an evening or weekend availability as I had to book a morning off of work to accommodate their schedule. However, I do like to work with small business, which are many times family-based. So their hours are understandable.

  Installation of front door lockset
I had ordered a new door and wanted a very special yet durable lockset to "make the door pop". The staff made suggestions and called the manufacturer to ask questions on my behalf. I settled on an Emtek lockset which they ordered and had available for installation on the day my door was installed. I had them install the Emtek set and rekey all other locks. Nice job! Lots of compliments. Will continue to use this company for future jobs.
